I think is very positive but there is a lot of layers in the corporate office. I feel I have a great relationship with my regional HR Kristen.

I like our company, I love the team I work with. I wish we had better Vacation, Sick days. It should be combined and make it all PTO, and have less waiting time to be able to use them. Also the Health Benefits are very expensive.

It has been very positive. The corporate team does a great job at supporting the field HRD's. I wish there was less approval levels. There is lots of approval levels before you can get anything meaningful done.

I'm paid less than what I was making with my other company.

I love the type of work I do. I also feel I make a positive difference

Open and honest communication. We are all a team working together for the same common goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the culture of we not I, however the younger generation does not feel that way and its hard to make them feel the E in Team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay more for less benefits here than i did at a smaller company. I like PTO instead of Vacation and Sick. Also I'm paid less than the company I came from.

I know others in the area have a better salary. What would make it better would be healthcare benefits that are cheaper, more holiday time most in this area observe 8 holidays. That our line level associates get paid the holiday. Not that they have to work it to get time and half.
