Even I am one of the employe I feel my salary is not fair, but I love Aimbridge. my office has everything, and it is comfortable. and my Manger, Coworker, & Director ate awesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the employees have an accounting degree should be get more. the certificate should be evaluated too. the difficulties of the work or Hotels types also should be taken into considerations. the employee who works on Hiltons which are most difficult should take more than the one who work on others.
