I love Aimbridge. I am happy to be apart of task force. It is a little bit of an adjustment though. I came from hotel task force walking into a hotel with no GM and keeping things afloat to now corp task force, I walk into a property with a GM in place. Less stress but I miss acting GM on task f

I enjoy making associates and guest feel they are important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I care about the hourly team members and I think aimbridge is the best company for our team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
sure do miss the bi-weekly pay schedule on the hotel level. But I am happy with my pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have not really met my team in person. I cant really give a fair answer due to being new. But so far via webcam, everyone seems great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well as a new employee, I have only met my manager via webcam and not in person., so I cannot give a clear answer. However everyone has been nice and sincere during this transition.
