I started with this company in 1998 as an Accounting Clerk. I am now the Area Director of HR for 3 hotels. I have worked with the opening of 6 hotels, and worked at each of these hotels. I'm so proud of my co-workers and the family we have built. They are amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership Team is honest, hardworking, caring, invested in us, and rich in knowledge. I am so lucky to be part of this team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I do not currently participate in the benefits program, I know we have a great choices. Our PTO policies are great too!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We learn from each other. Our success and the success of our hotel is based on who we work with and how we work with each other. We are inclusive, engaging and most of all a FUN team to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working for 7 "sister properties", I am so proud to say that all of our Leaders have been promoted within the properties. We've done it all. From Front Desk Agent to Housemen to HR to Accounting. We are living proof that you will GROW with Aimbridge.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy to surprise my associates in the afternoons with ice cream or showing up at breakfast with a donut for everyone. They appreciate the sentiment, and know that we appreciate all they do for our guests. I'm so proud of them. They work so hard to deliver the BEST of everything to our guests.
