What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. I enjoy our team everyone works well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know each one of them personally. They card about the hotel and team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy everyday as in bnquet you have differnt groups in house. I enjoy working with my director and other associates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive recognition and again feels like a family. I feel like i could go up to any EC memeber with any issue positve or negative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel in banquet we could be paid more as it is not compairable to other hotel in our comp set i still think i am paid well.
