What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our hotel has a culture and identity of it's own. It's diverse and allows people to come as their authentic self.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As the largest third-party management company in the world, Aimbridge does not have comparable benefits or perks to other hospitality companies. Medical expenses are through the roof and employees would rather find outside plans than through Aimbridge. Corp and property benefits should be equal
