Interaction with guests after a long day of traveling and welcoming guests to breakfast in the morning

Joseph is a great leader. He has been short on staff but remains focused at being a great leader
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part time employee I feel that I am as valuable to the team as a full time employee but don’t qualify for benefits being part time. Please do t get me wrong I enjoy my job but I am paid
