I do not feel undervalued but after so much effort and work, my annual increase was only 2%, shame
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and dynamism. I lead a department that has associates from 5 continents (Asia, Africa, Europe, South America and North America, 9 different countries) Isn't that beautiful
