Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Kris, my manager, doesnt care about his employees as much as he should. Kris doesnt help out at all, yes very disrepectful, leaves during rushes, talks down to his staff, and singles people out.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Melissa, Brandon, and Chef in particular are some of tje best people i know. they care a lot about our works lives as well as personal lives. theyre very fun people to work with and support us
