I would say my overall all experience has been good. A combination of positive and negative experience.

Solving problems and making guests/associates happy as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The written an unwritten policies Aimbridge has set in place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They respect me, they believe in my leadership and express high satisfaction when it comes working with me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they know I work hard and care about my job and the company. However, I'm not sure if they realize that employees need to be recognized when they meet or exceed the company's expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I lead a team of about 30 associates due to the number of outlets I oversee. There are other managers who oversee one outlet and supervise less than half of the associates I supervise, and still get better compensation than me.
