Largely a positive environment to work in. I feel the benefits are worthwhile. The starting pay is reasonable for the area. Though I would see that veterans on staff are made sure to not be below the starting pay of new hires, and that is always kept in balance to retain that loyalty.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're easy to work with and communicate with for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work the same hours as my husband does, though he works at a different property.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like a person that matters, rather than a warm body that fulfills a position. I am respected and heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care has been awesome. I appreciate the discounts for staying at hotels too. What I've probably benefited from the most are those two.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feeling like I have a voice that is heard. And that I'm respected as an individual. That I feel like I have a great work/life balance.
