I have been with the company for five years, I started as the F&B Manager and then transitioned to Sales. I love the fact that you can advance within the company, it all depends on you how far you want to go. They offer so much training and advancement opportunities.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience has been great, I started as the F&B Director and was promoted to Director of Sales. I have had mentors every step of the way and if there is anything that I don't know I have so many people that is willing to help me.

I believe that I get paid fairly.

They are always available and willing to help you.

I get to interact with different people each day.

We work as a team for the most part and we help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is laid back, everyone knows their role and there is no one standing over you or micromanaging.

Every day I encounter something new and challenging, and that makes me happy because every day is not the same.

I love that they available to assist you when needed, They make sure that you have the tools needed to do your job successfully.

We are a great team, all of us are always willing to help each other out when needed. It's more like a family than coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to interact with so many different people from all over is great I love that part of my job the most. I love the fact that it a company where I feel I can grow. I love the Aimbridge Way and values.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not satisfied with my pay, I know that the position that I have pays more money. When I started I know I was paid less until I gained the knowledge to do my job successfully. I have been in my role for over a year and I believe that I should believe I should closer to what the position offers.
