We are always encouraged and given positive praise as we do such a good job and have employee appreciation from our leaders from lunches, snacks and employee of the month recognition

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In one situation, a driver makes more than a person at front desk. We have an entire system to learn most times complex interactions with guest a lot more moving parts to on day to day basis and they drive
