They show and give all the support I need to achieve my goal or to develop my knowledge and skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not bad but it could be better. Like Vacation leave and Personal time off, holiday pay. In another hotel, they pay double if you work on holiday, or give more vacation time and personal time off.
