It's a friendly and fun-loving group of people who truly want to help each other succeed. Great example of teamwork.

Aside from industry standards such as salary, bonus, 401K match, etc. there are little surprise and delight items for birthdays and work anniversaries. And great hotel discounts!

Aimbridge talks about how it is a place to grow, a place to succeed, and a place to belong and it really is true. Reality matches what they talk about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is well-experienced, smart, and capable, but also friendly and approachable. A clear focus towards common goals has been laid out, and positive changes have been made, especially in the past 90 days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is down to earth, friendly, and show that they truly care about all team members. Our #2 in the company sets time aside from his extremely busy schedule to lead sessions on the Aimbridge Way (our culture) to hotel associates. They've really built a great culture from the top down.
