Have my own office, I feel like people can depend on me, and I feel proud that I got myself this title.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health, vision, and dental benefits. Also, ice cream every Friday. First time I heard that a company treats their employees with ice cream.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ice cream every Friday, there is also Employee Appreciation of the Quarter(you guys set up a buffet for everyone, it is awesome!), and Ian is a kind General Manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager Katie is really nice and awesome. I love that she is taking her time on me and letting me absorb everything at my own pace. Everyone else is the department is also nice too as well.
