Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance is really high. On the best plan, if I go to the hospital, it is $5K out of my pocket. That is a lot of money for most of us. I have a wealth of knowledge of the hotel industry, 40 years of experience.
