i feel as though i make a difference to the hotels i work with and i get to mentor several of our team members
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we see HR salary surveys showing that our pay scales are low - our team members are being recruited away for much higher wages & bonuses with more transparency
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership of our team is amazing. We struggle to understand what the executive /c-suite leaders intend for the company - they seem to be driven by greed -they say one thing and do another ie "cut expenses" and in the same presentation tout additions to the Exec staff - We seem top-heavy
