The positivity and the eagerness to help retain employees and grow.

They seem to be transparent with what is going on within the company.

Building strong ties within the department by organizing team building activities and holiday events.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay range and cost of benefits do not align with the current cost of living.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
if we increase the work from home days to two would decrease my commute costs and more productivity time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they have been open and honest as much as possible about the fails and successes of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We interact with each on a professional and personal level. We celebrate milestones, birthdays and personal successes in our group which I feel helps build morale.
