The leadership team on property know what it takes to be successful and retaining employees and is good to all of the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be actually paid for the work that is done and not extra and to be compensated if the extra work is done. One person doing the work of 3 should be compensated fairly for it.
