I love what I do and love the company. I am constantly having to prove myself to operations. I do not feel that the other operation managers are held to the same standards and expectations as the sales team is.

Exceeding goals, great customer service, and return clientele.

Sales team is superb. We work as a team and are very successful.

Within the sales department we have trust, teamwork, belief in our work and purpose.

The sales team continues to stay positive and strives to give 110% every day.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The sales team (of three) work closely and diligently to exceed expectations. The comradery is amazing and makes it worth coming to work every day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was recruited to assist with an underperforming hotel two years ago. We were at 37% RevPAR when I started. I consistently over index in Group and Negotiated. I have never bonused because we come short of budget. There's no brand contribution to make up the difference.
