I love my job and Aimbridge. Sometimes I feel like I get lost in the shuffle and I don't really know where my Growth will be and where. I do wish I heard more words of affirmation so when I do get criticism I wouldn't take it so hard.

I have grown So fast in this company because I had people who were there to push me. I am thankful for everyone at Aimbridge.

I love Aimbridge for the most part but I cant stress enough how hard it has been to have my RVP changed so much. and the one I have is new to the role and seems overwhelmed and is not having the meeting I have always had with all the other RVP. I do not have enough space to finish

My team knows how to have fun and get the jobs done, My team is diverse. We are a true little family

My leadership team pushes me to do better all the time. They are positive and show the values of the company through them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am on my 6th Boss is 3.5 years. I feel like I dont matter and my new RVP is in over his head.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I run 2 hotels and I dont think that 3% every year shows like the company cares. I fought hard 2 years ago for my staff to get better pay and never once have I asked for an extra raise. it would be nice to see that working 40 straight day the summer of 2025 mattered to someone.
