I have been promoted many times and I have a good work life balance now. It wasn't always the case. The one thing that can be improved is option to work remote/hybrid mode. This is allowed in other hotels but Aimbridge hasn't implemented yet.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Aimbridge has promoted me numerous times and I'm happy with my work environment. Sporadically, I'm required to work a large number of hours but overall it can be balanced over the year.

Creating new strategies that move things forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have seniority so I have enough time off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Aimbridge encourages independent work and I like the environment.

My team makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work in collaboration and lean on each other to get things accomplished.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know my leadership team has my best interest in mind and value my work and skill set.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm getting paid a fair market salary and the benefits comparable to other hotel management companies are good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team and I have a good relationship, teamwork. However, we have little interaction with other departments. We created our own culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My VPS is great and very supportive. He holds me accountable but values my personal time with my family. I have a good work life balance with him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team and I help each other out. Each person picks up the slack for each other should help be needed. There's no I in the team.
