I worked for Marriott for 10+ years and have been with Aimbridge for over a year now. There's more accountability with Marriott, however, I'm grateful for Aimbridge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hotel's culture and environment depend on leadership, and thankfully, most of our EC contribute to a positive atmosphere and culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great, however regarding compensation, it's disappointing to know Aimbridge will not pay out someone's PTO (up to 40 hrs) if they take a job with another company and leave on good standings.
