The best part is a property benefit, not an Aimbridge benefit, and that's Country Club Membership which was given before we transitioned to Aimbridge.
I enjoy working with my team and being a resource for all associates. My work is rewarding and that is why I chose this career field.
Enriching the benefits to be an Aimbridge employee/executive. Our healthcare and time off plans are subpar compared to other companies I have worked for. Premium costs are "okay" but deductibles are outrageous. One week off for hourly associates AFTER six months of employment is terrible.
We work in a beautiful location. Our culture needs some work. We don't have a shared vision or buy in from all associates. This is not a service-centric city so it's hard to find service-minded professionals. Also, Aimbridge tells a nice story, but it's not lived up to.
