When is the Associate Opinion Survey? I have a lot of feedback specific to my property but not to Aimbridge as a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are friendly and good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving requests from coworkers on time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fast-paced environment and that it is always changing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing the work of three people and have been begging for help for months. I can't take a day off without getting a phone call. There is no one willing or capable of filling in for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could start by responding to emails in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to follow up twice and CC their manager to get any acknowledgement that my email was even received, let alone finding out if they're working on what I inquired about.
