The leadership team encourages all associates to work hard, grow and the best we can be serving both our guests and fellow team memebers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my base pay is not consummate with my work experience and educational background, or the inflation we have seen. Our bonus program is great!
