What makes me most happy at work is being able to provide support and knowledge to the employees as well as guest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that they like that we are invested in their success. Because we are invested in their success they are happy to come to work and are happy to interact with us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there is open communication and honest feedback. I am far from Corporate and the only property in my state, but am not made feel as if I am alone. When I raise my hand my leadership team is readily available to assist.
