I came in on 2017 as Aimbridge was gaining momentum and worked through the Pandemic. I am happy to be part of this journey with Aimbridge and look forward to a long career at property level or the possibility of joining corporate at a later time. I am Aimbridge.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay especially since covid has not been adjusted to match market. Can make an employee consider job offers due to pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Day to day challenges is different. Being of service to our staff and community. Helping in employee problem resolution. The support on creating a fun work environment. Creating challenges for employee inceptives. Filing (just kidding) :) I love Aimbridge!
