It's a fantastic place to work. The environment is great and the executives are very hospitable and kind-hearted. I'm currently in business school and I'm hoping to get hired up the ladder to join the executive team.

The team and our teamwork. The job title. Seeing the executives in their professional manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The daily pay is great, but it makes for short bi-weekly checks for bills and such.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hospitality and the welcoming space. The culture is intriguing and is one of the reasons I love the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their socialism is great. I've been there for a month and I'm friends with everyone. They all treat each other with respect and they're very kind.
