Overall positive. A lot of change every year - since becoming an above property assoc. I have not had the same group of hotel(s) for more than a year. So being held to expectations of growth when you are constantly inheriting new coworkers and associates, assets, markets can at times prove difficult

Their relentless positivity in spite of many challenges.

The Commercial, most specifically sales side of the organization.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I believe we need to do a better job of setting boundaries, standards, goals and expectations with our hotel owners.

The company values are well thought out, and while not always practiced, the idea of them is a great foundation to strive for.

What makes you most happy at work?

Supporting our sales leaders on property, helping them win business, earn the respect and confidence of their counterparts and earning the respect from owners based on topline results driven by the commercial and sales side of the organization.
