Being fair and consistent on their approach and supportive on initiatives to improve the hotel.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A true cost of living adjustment and a change in the PTO balance to reflect a more European approach which leads to a better work life balance in addition to increasing rejuvenation periods spread out through the year.
