
My coworkers do not care about the work we do. I believe we should have more trainings, incentives, and meetings to give my coworkers more motivation and training to support them and provide them with the resources necessary.
My FOM and AM. They truly make up for the lack of compassion and concern the GM on property lacks. They partake in friendly but professional banter, and listen to the employees, resolving issues and ensuring a healthy work environment.
My GM has my department call me about issues when I'm off the clock. As an hourly employee who strives to move up in the company, I comply. However, I receive no additional compensation or acknowledgment. I believe performance based raises should be more common, and I believe I am deserving of one.
My FOM and AM are fantastic. I could not ask for better managers to help guide myself and the team as a whole. However, the GM at our property seems to care only about money. While I understand the importance of making money as a company, it seems to overshadow the needs of the team and the guests.
