They are supportive, effective and efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the recruiter Julian to the housekeeping staff at the property, everyone is actually happy to be there. I enjoy that energy immensely.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't enroll in benefits, as I am a fairly recent hire and we were bought by Athena. However, I was impressed with benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They check in with everyone regularly and are readily available to answer any questions when needed. Everyone is so pleasant and efficient. It's really a pleasure working with them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I Love the hours I work and are never bored. Although the work is based on a set menu, each day is completely different. The guests give me quite a bit of positive feedback. I'm happy to go to work every day.
