What makes you most happy at work?

When my guests leave happy and satisified

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I miss the room rates that was provided by Hilton Go, it was easy to use and the rates were unbeatable

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are a few of us that work well as a team, when we see the other falling short on a task the other will help pick up the slack.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being more present and hands on with day to day events, and not delegate to supervisors who they themselves aren't correctly to fulfill said role. I feel the supervisors are wanting to make chahges and help but they're unable to without the upper managements approval which they don't get most times.
