I work remotely, but when I go into the Corp offices, everyone is so friendly and welcoming

They are always open to suggestions, their response time is great and they really care about their employees.

The communication has definitely increased and I like the chats he has had with hotels and the corp team.

I like the new direction that the company is going in. The changes at the top needed to happen
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, the hotels I work with on a continuous basis, learning about new hotels coming into AIM and working with my clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love working for AIM for over 10 years, but the increases each year have been the standard. I am blessed to have made it through the tight COVID years and through the changes at Corp. My previous Director, who is no longer with AIM had told me she wanted to get me more in line with my team's pay
