take criticism( constructive) learn from it store it in memory and move on to the next adventure
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Firm but fair with a heart that truly cares and lets us know that we can be in any position we want just have to work hard and train when we can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
just wish I would have my experience of 7 years for Marriott to reflect in my pay. my rate is the same as a person with no experience whatsoever and only out of high school with no job experience at all. I feel if our work performance and work ethic should be of greater value than it is.
