This company does give you the opportunity to grow. I started off as a Sales Coordinator and I am now an Assistant Director of Sales and want to continue to grow. I do feel that we must shift the focus to recognizing the employees more and having mandated employee events at least once a month.

The Sales Team has a very positive atmosphere where we work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With the cost of inflation, I am assuming, benefits have gone up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some days work makes me happy and some days, it does not. I try my best to put forth my best effort and try my best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Initially it wasn't a good work culture, but with a change in leadership, it has changed drastically, but I do feel there should be more emphasis on doing more engagement or recognition events for the employees.
