What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole crew talks to each other like they have been friends forever and it's very comforting and positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open door policy with management is very welcoming and helpful especially when I first started. It made it way less scarier to ask for help when I needed it
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is one of the best parts of the team. We always manage to update each other with issues going on with guests or within the hotel itself. It's nice to get closure especially if it's something I personally cared deeply about
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming into an environment every day where the goal is to just get your work done. I really enjoy being able to leisurely get all my tasks done without feeling like I'm being rushed or pressed for time. It's refreshing to have an place like this to work
