What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone gets along most of the time.

What makes you most happy at work?

More inclusion is needed but otherwise the people make the job.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love our team. Motivated and with the right support and mentoring could be great.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't always feel that the messages from the Power Hour Meetings necessarily hits the group floor locally at all hotels.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sometimes more than money a local embrace from GM's to include the DOS's /ADOS's in day-to-day goings on, would be beneficial. On the flip side Sales could help the GM's offering info on any operational issues be brought to their attention without a "stay in your lane" attitude.
