I don't always feel that the messages from the Power Hour Meetings necessarily hits the group floor locally at all hotels.
Sometimes more than money a local embrace from GM's to include the DOS's /ADOS's in day-to-day goings on, would be beneficial. On the flip side Sales could help the GM's offering info on any operational issues be brought to their attention without a "stay in your lane" attitude.
