I have been with Aimbridge for 4 years and I can honestly say the best is yet to come! We continue to make strides to improve the training and support for our field teams as well as our corporate level associates. There is a clearly defined path moving forward and I can't wait to see where it leads!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly believe that my voice matters. When I attend meetings with senior staff or raise a concern regarding how the field may be perceiving an initiative there is never any sense of dismissiveness or lack of interest in my perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how the goals we have are concise and clearly defined. While there is always room for improvement in collaboration within any organization, I know exactly what my leaders view as success and my role in getting us to that goal!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to support and cheer on my property leaders as they continue to improve and grow in their careers is my favorite part of the job! Helping people realize their potential or work through a work challenge until they get out of their current struggle is beyond fulfilling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly believe that we all believe in the strategy and strength of Aimbridge. What makes a coworker the best in my opinion is knowing that they want our properties to be successful as much as I do and are always willing to strategize new ways to support them!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the Aimbridge Passport program that allows associates to stay at our hotels as a reduced rate regardless of the brand! I also love that I receive unlimited PTO, I may not use it often, but it's nice to know that if I need to take some time it's available to me without question.
