Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary more in line with other companies, regionals sometimes making less than DOSMs doesn't seem right. more perks at RVP level and above
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While well paid, I am paid lower than other 3rd party management companies pay for a person in my position. Also, benefits are rather expensive compared to other companies.
