Overall is super good and I do love Aimbridge as a company. Its as amazing resources to grow in your current position and grow into other roles. Only negative that I know people look at for Aimbridge is the work life balance of being hourly and having to hit your full hours to get your full paycheck

We work together nicely and have great ideas to help the company grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are a team are successful, and everyone is hardworking, so it makes for a good environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hotel discounts. The new tickets at works have great discounts available. Would like the annual Aimbridge conference to come back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas to help business grow. They also care about my future and are helping with career growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great team. I think the only complain about Aimbridge I know I would like changed but others look at it as negative when looking at the company is the OEM where we have to work 45 hours a week to get our full paycheck. Which its really 47.5 when you put your break into consideration.
