Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I sometimes feel undervalued when my contributions and the effort I put into driving results aren’t fully reflected in my compensation or recognition. Beating the comp set and consistently adding group business each month required strategic effort

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is the professionalism and willingness to provide support when needed. Many leaders demonstrate strong expertise and commitment to our success; However, I believe there is an opportunity to foster a more consistently environment

What are some of the best things about your team?

One of the best things about our team is the sense of collaboration and shared commitment to success. Everyone brings unique strengths and perspectives, which makes problem-solving more creative and effective. We support each other, celebrate wins together, and step up when challenges arise.
