I think as of lately there is more of a sense of community

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing really. This hotel is toxic and the leader here is allowed to do what ever he wants and is shielded by the company and ownership

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think there is a lot of bias that goes into deciding pay at least at a property level. There really should be specific criteria for pay rate
