Up and down! From working Housekeeping, Breakfast, Laundry, Front Desk, Night Audit, Sales Coordinator to now Sales Manager.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Listens and make sure we have everything we need to succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When things get crazy the team will come together to smooth it out.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping and providing our guest with a wonderful and comfortable stay/ experience at the hotel.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Even thought I'm sure we get on each others nerves. We act like a family. We might fight and argue but when it counts we come together and get thing done. Also, love that we all try our best to step up and help each other out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because with all the work that I do and the years I have put in, the paid doesn't really add up. Plus with the new promotion I got, I have seen a decline in my checks. Like now its more hours but less pay. From 80Hr bi weekly-$16.78 to now 105Hrbi weekly-$16.00.
