Ive had an overall great experience. This is my first hospitality job and i enjoy the environment and my coworkers! At times it can be a lot but with support from my mentors and team, it makes it worth while

No drama! Everyone is very respectful towards each other which makes working ,even through frustrating times, so much better!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Im mever bored and its never a repetitive shift. I enjoy meeting people from all over and establishing relationships with returning guests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a positive environment and we all work together to keep the hotel running smoothly, never against each other. We stick together and back each other up when needed in a professional manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are actively there to help out as much as possible. I understand as a leader , you have a lot of responsibilities but they are always there and ready to help in any way possible!
