I have worked for Aimbridge for just about 11 years and have grown from a Barista to a General Manager in that time. I have been provided with many opportunities for advancement due to hard work and dedication but also because of my mentors along the way. I love working for Aimbridge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ease in which I can talk to my coworkers, my leaders, etc. I never have to fell uncomfortable talking to anyone on my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentive structure is clear and achievable. My health benefits have been great and allowed me to have my daughter with little out-of-pocket expense. My salary is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can call any of my above property leaders at any time and am supported whether I have a question, a suggestion, or I truly don't know what direction to take.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more of a family than anything. We joke, we laugh, we have a good time. My team is at ease here - although we know when to get work done!

My team is amazing. We are here for each other, we work as a team, and we all have the same goals in mind: to provide the best hospitality experience possible to our guests and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a goal and the Aimbridge values in mind and we are all working to achieve those goals together. We are not individuals working solo - we are a team working together. If one falls, the 10 others pick them up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Throughout my career with Aimbridge, I have had the opportunity to work with leaders that value my hard-work and my goals. I have always been able to lean on my leadership team when questions arise or when I am unsure of the right direction.
