What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid hourly plus overtime and holidays is great, They just added 2 more paid holidays!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our GM is engaged with us. He doesn't stand alone and understands he leads the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When I'm around the team it's like we are not at work. We have fun and get stuff done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know us all by first name. We have quarterly luncheon meetings to update us and to have some fun.
