I appreciate the leadership team's transparency, clear vision, and openness to feedback. They lead with both strategy and empathy, creating a supportive and empowering work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I truly appreciate the opportunities I’ve had here. However, I believe a salary increase would better reflect my contributions as a member of the executive committee, especially given that I do not receive PTO. This adjustment
